Mark GasonIn 2004 Mark realised one of his life goals and along with Adam, Pivotal Constructions was born. Mark's passion of seeing something created from nothing; drove the initiation of Pivotal Constructions. After finishing at Melbourne Boys Grammar School, it was in 1996, when Mark commenced his study of Construction Management at RMIT. He knew 100% he had chosen the right career path, and graduated with First Class Honours. With a gift for reading and retaining plans, estimating a projects value and managing numerous projects at once, Mark was quickly snapped up by Probuild Constructions, a leader in the construction industry (in Melbourne at the time and now a leader internationally) and this is where Mark honed his skills, gained more knowledge and grew into a solid Project Manager responsible for jobs worth in excess of $10,000,000. |

Adam BaddeleyAfter graduating as a carpenter/joiner in 1996 in the NSW town of Wagga Wagga and completing several projects in the local community, Adam relocated to Sydney to expand his knowledge in construction where he worked in the capacity of Foreman and then Site Manager for companies such as Lahey Constructions, Australand Holdings, Paynter Dixon Constructions and Built Pty Ltd. With Adam's expansive knowledge and experience, he believed that there were areas in which he could offer to the construction industry which was inferior to other companies. Pivotal Constructions was created. Adam's primary focus is on perfection, maintaining high quality standards, occupational health and safety and program control. |
