Commercial, South Wharf, VIC

Working with Architects; Loop Creative, Pivotal have commenced work in the newly developed South Wharf area on a multimillion dollar project which includes three bars, a restaurant and a foodcourt. This venture will take over a year to complete and is a very exciting project for Pivotal Constructions to undertake as their first Victorian project and to stamp their mark on the Melbourne construction industry.

Preliminary works have commenced on site.

Residential, Hunters Hill, NSW

This project involved the demolition of 25% of the original 3 bedroom home and extending the properties footprint.

The home now stands as a very modern 6 bedroom family home in the trendy suburb of Hunters Hill. It boasts stunning reclaimed timber floors throughout, stainless steel bench tops, zoned air conditioning, under floor heating, ultra modern floor to ceiling internal doors, a large entertaining deck and floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that open to the beautifully landscaped and large outdoor area which satisfies the indoor/outdoor living we are so fond of in Sydney. Working alongside well known Architects, Aleksandar Design Group, these features added with a funky garage design and the old meeting the new, make this home a project we are very proud to have our stamp on.

This project is due for handover in October 2011

Residential, Collaroy, NSW

This design and construct project, which falls under the new legislation of a Complying Development, is a 4 bedroom home built around a concrete 9m x 4m pool, based in Collaroy, NSW.

This modern home was designed by the owners who had lived in the area and knew exactly what they wanted to achieve in regard to sun, privacy, noise from traffic and the creation of a family retreat at the beach. It incorporates old timber wharf beams as structural and a focal point, C-Bus, timber flooring, zoned air conditioning, wine cellar, study, parents retreat, guest suite, 3 car garage and a clever design that wraps the home around the pool, making it a fantastic space for family and entertaining.

This project began at the end of June 2011, and is due to finish in February 2012
