The Bristol Arms Hotel is one of Sydney's oldest and renowed drinking holes. Pivotal Constructions undertook the conversion from a pub to offices for the Galileo Kalieodoscape group. Construction had many obstacles due to the existing termite damage, the presecense of asbestos and numerous heritage issues. Although construction is completed within six weeks.

Inochi offices
The Inochi architecture firm is new to the Sydney building scene and therefore required a new office to show their professionalism and unique design skills. Pivotal Constructions walked away from this office fit-out all the wiser as new construction methods and materials were learnt. Construction time took approximately four weeks.

Bourke Road, Waterloo NSW
The Waterloo project was the extension of an existing office and industrial factory. Pivotal Constructions constructed additional workshop areas as well as re-building four bathrooms. Additional security work was required during the project. Pivotal Construction designed and constructed all services for these works.
The project was completed within the required time frame and to budget.
St Leonards Office
Pivotal Constructions undertook the design and construction of a ground floor office situated in St Leonards. Works ranged from the supply and installation of a new ceiling tile system to glass partitions, plasterboard partitions and glass doors. Works were completed within the allotted construction timeframe. Construction was undertaken for a client who has been previously impressed with the work and professionalism of Pivotal Constructions.
