Unit 24/6 Greenknowe Ave was an apartment purchased by a previous client who wished for a re-furbishment prior to moving in. Pivotal Constructions were instructed to install new joinery to the kitchen area, the rectification and sanding of existing timber flooring and installing new walls to change the footprint of the apartment.

This 'high end' project consisted of demolishing formally three apartments to develop one luxurious apartment on the historic listed Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf.

A residential project located in the Northern Beaches which consisted of reconfiguring structural walls to maximize open living. The project also required Pivotal Constructions to construct an out door entertainment area into an existing rock wall. Minimal budget was met with maximizing aesthetics on this project.

Horizon Apartments, Darlinghurst NSW
Horizon Apartment was the refurbishment of an apartment in the prestigious Horizon Apartment Complex. This project was carried out over a one and a half month duration. The client was extremely delighted with the overall outcome, and has recommended Pivotal Constructions to many associates.
